At CS Gaming Hub, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and conditions for refunds related to tournament registrations, premium memberships, and other paid services offered through our platform.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds. By making a purchase through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

1. Tournament Registration Refunds

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Tournament registration fees may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Tournament Cancellation: If CS Gaming Hub cancels a tournament, all participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
  • Tournament Rescheduling: If a tournament is rescheduled and you are unable to participate on the new date, you may request a refund.
  • Early Withdrawal: If you withdraw from a tournament at least 7 days before the start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund as outlined in section 1.2.

1.2 Refund Amounts

The refund amount for tournament registrations is determined based on when the refund is requested:

  • 14+ days before tournament: 90% refund of registration fee
  • 7-13 days before tournament: 50% refund of registration fee
  • Less than 7 days before tournament: No refund
  • Tournament cancellation by CS Gaming Hub: 100% refund

Please note that processing fees or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

1.3 Team Registration Considerations

For team tournament registrations:

  • The team captain or manager who completed the registration is the only person authorized to request a refund.
  • If a team member withdraws, but the team still participates in the tournament, no partial refund will be issued.
  • Substituting players does not qualify for any refund or partial refund.

2. Premium Membership Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly premium memberships:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.
  • If you cancel within the first 48 hours of your initial subscription and have not used any premium features, you may be eligible for a full refund.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual premium memberships:

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any premium features.
  • After 14 days, or if premium features have been used, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel an annual subscription, your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

3. Merchandise and Physical Products

If we offer merchandise or physical products:

3.1 Return Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Digital products, such as e-books or downloadable content, are not eligible for return once accessed or downloaded.

3.2 Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage and the original packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3.3 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
  • The customer is responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your CS Gaming Hub account.
  2. Navigate to the "Purchases" or "Transaction History" section.
  3. Locate the relevant transaction and select "Request Refund."
  4. Complete the refund request form, providing all required information including the reason for your request.
  5. Submit your request.

4.2 Required Information

When requesting a refund, please provide:

  • Your full name and CS Gaming Hub username
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Transaction ID or order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Review Period

All refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days. We may contact you for additional information if necessary.

5.2 Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days

Please note that the timing of when a refund appears in your account is dependent on your payment provider and is beyond our control.

5.3 Refund Confirmation

6.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that significantly impact your ability to participate in a tournament or use our premium services, please contact our support team immediately. With proper documentation, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion, even outside the standard refund timeframes.

6.2 Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions, you will not be eligible for any refunds for purchases made prior to the suspension or termination.

6.3 Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, power outages, or internet service provider failures), our refund policy may be adjusted. We will communicate any changes through our website and email.

7. Promotional Credits and Gift Cards

7.1 Promotional Credits

Promotional credits, discounts, or bonuses applied to purchases are not refundable in cash and will not be included in any refund amount.

7.2 Gift Cards

Gift cards or gift certificates purchased from CS Gaming Hub:

  • Are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be returned for a refund once the code has been shared or used, even partially

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We take chargebacks and payment disputes very seriously. Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact our support team to resolve any issues directly.

If you file a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us:

  • Your account may be suspended pending investigation
  • You may lose access to all services and purchases
  • You may be prohibited from making future purchases

Fraudulent chargeback requests may result in permanent account termination and possible legal action.
